Paul Goetschmann holds a bilingual master's degree in economic law from the Universities of Geneva and Basel. In parallel to his law studies, he collaborated with a Geneva-based law firm specializing in criminal law. After graduating from university, Paul Goetschmann was in the service with the swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) in Bern.
